Francesca made nine suicide attempts after her admission to the Personality Disorder Unit at the Priory roehampton. no one noticed when, in september 2013, she climbed from the basement, through supposedly locked doors, to the top floor lounge where she strangled herself.

coroner Karon Monaghan Qc said she was at known risk, and should not have had the means to kill herself this way.
