PLATINUM PARTY AT THE PALACE
■ Huge concert live on BBC One 7.30pm - 10.30pm, attended by 22,000 around the Victoria memorial. 100,000 expected on Mall itself.
■ Guests include 10,000 from a public ballot and over 7,500 tickets for key workers, members of the Armed Forces, volunteers and charities.
■ Royals arrive from 7.40pm to enjoy glittering groups of performers from the worlds of music and dance.
■ Queen + Adam Lambert open concert in special style – a closely guarded secret which may evoke memories of Brian May’s historic appearance on palace roof at the Golden Jubilee concert in 2002, left.
■ Star-studded line-up includes Duran Duran, Diana Ross, Sir Rod Stewart, Andrea Bocelli, Mimi Webb, Sam Ryder, Jax Jones, Celeste, Nile Rodgers and Diversity, sharing the three-stage set, which is linked by walkways, with Hans Zimmer, Ella Eyre, Craig David, Mabel, Elbow and George Ezra.
■ Also appearing on stage or via video are: David Beckham, Stephen Fry, Dame Julie Andrews Sir David Attenborough, Emma Raducanu, The Royal Ballet, Ellie Simmonds, and a specially recorded performance from Diana Ross Sir Elton John.
