Wood, plus surgical boot, back in the pink

REQUIRING the assistance of a pink mobility scooter did not deter ultimate rock chick Jo Wood, 67, from attending her daughter Leah’s art exhibition — One Planet, One Chance — at the Koppel Project in London.

The ex-wife of Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood broke her ankle after falling down a staircase at his home in Ireland and recently underwent surgery.

She tells me: ‘I’ve only got five more weeks in this boot.’

The former model, who split from businessman Carl Douglas in 2020, plans to start dating again — once she’s back on her feet. ‘I’m waiting until this boot is gone — it’s not a rock ’n’ roll look!’

No doubt there will be endless offers coming her way soon.
