ACCORDING to UN adviser Vincent Doumeizel, we should all eat seaweed daily. In his book about it — La Revolution Des Algues (The Seaweed Revolution) — he recommends sprinkling it dried over meals or including it in pancakes or omelettes to get used to the taste. I agree with him — it’s packed with zinc, iodine, vitamins and protein.
