Ready to lace! It’s icon Dina
A LACE mini dress hardly seems like the most practical outfit to wear on the running track – especially if you’re an Olympian.
But it’s clearly good enough for Dina Asher-Smith as she races on to a list of female icons in her latest magazine shoot.
The 26-year-old sprinter, who is the fastest British woman on record, posed for a special edition of Harper’s Bazaar celebrating female strength. She took the opportunity to share her belief that ‘showing your vulnerability is so important’ – especially in sport.
Other women to feature in the issue include Labour MP Stella Creasy, who made headlines when she brought her baby son into the House of Commons in November.
The women of Dattalion, a data network fighting disinformation in Ukraine, are also included.
