AGENTS WAIT FOR KALVIN’S CALL
THE country’s leading agents are waiting with bated breath for Kalvin Phillips’ return from international duty with England next week.
The Leeds United midfielder is due to make a decision on who will negotiate his next contract after his existing agreement with Palm Sports Management expired last week.
The 26-year-old is thought to be ready to leave Elland Road, with every big agency having pitched for his services over the last few months.
Phillips’ new agent is in for a busy and potentially lucrative summer. Leeds want to offer their star man a new contract but there is considerable interest from other clubs, with champions Manchester City willing to pay up to £60million.
