Motorists are cash cows

TWO key Government reforms have been torpedoed by the parking industry: a lower cap on fines and action against exorbitant debt collection fees (Mail).

Who runs this country: the Government or parking companies? It never ceases to amaze me that motorists, one of the biggest groups of taxpayers, are compliant with legislation that makes us a cash cow.
