Game changer

I HAVE had experience of a phone savvy, but innumerate, young cashier (Letters).

When my bill totalled £10.14, I thought I was being helpful by handing over a £20 note plus the odd 14p.

After being asked what it was for, I painfully tried to explain I needed £10 back.
