UK weapons are seized by Russia
WEAPONS donated by Britain have allegedly been found abandoned in the ruins of Mariupol.
Ukrainian defenders held out for weeks in tunnels at the Azovstal steelworks before being taken into captivity. Two of them, Aiden Aslin and Shaun Pinner from Britain, now face execution.
Images released by Moscow yesterday show anti-tank weapons bearing British and US markings. Russian troops were filmed touring the steelworks, the scene of fierce fighting.
Moscow threatened yesterday to use prisoners of war to find mines – a breach of international laws. At least 100,000 citizens are feared to be trapped in the city with little food or water.
