PEOPLE let their locks down in lockdown as trips to the hairdressers and barbers were outlawed. Hairstyles grew out, grey roots sprouted and a certain shagginess became almost fashionable. Mary Portas (pictured) hears how many of us are now glad to be grey and taking a more eco-friendly approach to the hair and beauty products we use. She also hears how slopping around in loungewear outside the house is considered acceptable, judging by some of the sights you see these days.
