Legal loophole

-

HOW can lawyers find loopholes in the Rwanda scheme when the Government’s finest legal minds didn’t spot them before it was implemented? if i discovered a legal loophole in the tax system that meant lots of people didn’t have to pay up, how long would it be before a law was rushed through parliament to amend it?

MIKE CATTERALL, Accrington, Lancs.

tHeRe is a simple way to cut the cost of migrants to the taxpayer. First, allow anyone who wishes to enter the country. Border control could be scrapped, saving millions.

Next, don’t send any migrants to Rwanda. this will save a fortune in legal aid fees and free up the courts for mundane domestic business.

the fact an unsustainable strain will be put on the NHs and social services is of no importance — or so the dogooders who oppose all proposed solutions would have us think.
