EDDIE DOES CARE ABOUT DANNY FOR WORLD CUP

DANNY CARE has been told he is in Eddie Jones’s thoughts for the World Cup after four years in Test exile.

The Harlequins scrum-half, 35, is in Jones’s squad for the first time since 2018 and could feature against the Barbarians on Sunday. He may also be part of England’s tour of Australia this summer if he impresses. England assistant coach Richard Cockerill said: ‘Danny’s full of energy and life. He’s always been in England’s thoughts. I do not think age will be a barrier.’
