Three students from University College London pit their wits against three of their professors as they answer specialist questions on biochemical engineering, psychology and English literature in the first of a new series.

There are also rounds on general knowledge, plus a quickfire bell-andbuzzer round and some ‘Highbrow & Lowbrow’ questions, in a quiz — hosted by the comedian Steve Punt — that’s entertaining but offers plenty of opportunity for either or both teams to be deeply embarrassed.
