Bake Off: The Professionals, 8pm, Ch4
LIAM CHARLES and Stacey Solomon (pictured) welcome back the five best teams from last week, who now face two even tougher challenges. First, they must tackle a layered dessert in the form of mini celebration cakes, plus the patisserie classic Les Miserables — and they have just three-and-a-half hours to make 24 perfect and identical items of each. In the second challenge, the teams are tasked with creating a grand decorative confectionery centrepiece (or piece montee, to give it its technical name) using two different flavours of choux buns — 80 of each — and following the theme of the greatest moment in history.
