Look who’s jumping jack back after Covid

- By Andy Jehring and Imogen Horton

MICK Jagger rolled back the years as he returned to the stage after shaking off Covid.

The Rolling Stones frontman, 78, gave a typically energetic performance in Milan, although some fans said he looked gaunt and drained.

The Stones had to cancel gigs in Holland and Switzerland last week after Sir Mick contracted the virus. The singer, wearing a pink and black metallic jacket and jeans, wowed the Italian crowd with his trademark moves on Tuesday.

He performed alongside veteran bandmates Keith Richards, also 78, and Ronnie Wood, 75, and US drummer Steve Jordan, 65.

The group are due to perform again at Hyde Park in London on Saturday. But many fans have been forced to sell their £ 5 tickets at reduced prices as the rail strike that day means they cannot get to the capital.
