Aisling raids the dressing-down box

WHAT do you do if your airline loses your luggage? In the case of actress Aisling Bea, you go ahead with your appearance on national television — wearing your hotel bathrobe and slippers.

The Irish star, 38, had flown to Los Angeles with British Airways. ‘BA lost my luggage but, luckily, I was able to fashion an outfit for Jimmy Kimmel Live! from some items in the hotel,’ explains Bea, who is in America to promote the second series of her Channel 4 BAFTA-winning sitcom This Way Up.

BA failed to respond to our request for a comment. Perhaps it got lost in transit, too?
