Biden, 79, reveals troubling crib sheet
JOE Biden has been caught using a cue card so basic that it even instructed him to enter the room and sit down.
Using capitalised words for emphasis, the card told the American President ‘YOU take YOUR seat’ during a White House meeting.
Mr Biden was instructed to talk for two minutes before ‘YOU thank participants’ and then ‘YOU depart’.
The printed card’s instructions were revealed to photographers in the room when he held it up to look at notes written on the back.
It is the latest episode to raise questions over the faculties of Mr Biden who, at 79, is the oldest president in history. This month alone he fell off his bike and slipped while walking up the stairs of Air Force One – his third stumble boarding the aircraft.
Mr Biden was meeting wind industry bosses in the White House when he sat down with his cue card. It read: ‘YOU enter the Roosevelt Room and say hello to participants.’
The card told him that after the Press left, he should ask a union leader attending virtually a question, then thank participants and depart.
