Holly risks prickly reaction at home

PERKY presenter Holly Willoughby is a TV favourite, but she appears to be less popular among her West London neighbours, some of whom have grumbled about her various planning applications over the years.

Now, they might soon be on the warpath again, as I hear Holly, 41, and her husband, Dan Baldwin, 47, are due to begin major renovations of their six-bedroom property, which they bought for £2.8 million in 2011.

Planners have given the couple the go-ahead for a first-floor extension

on the home, which lies within a leafy conservation area.

Let’s hope Holly can charm the locals.
