Menopause mistake

HOW ridiculous that stephen armstrong (Mail) feels guilty about not understanding what women go through during the menopause.

I don’t see how the heavy body warmer-type ‘menopause vest’ he wore could replicate hot flushes anyway. The heat comes from within, not because we’re wearing padding.

I’ve been through the menopause and it never occurs to me that any woman in my vicinity might be dealing with that stuff, so how can we expect men to empathise?

let’s get a grip, stop feeling guilty about not being a woman, being white, things our countrymen did years ago and anything else people feel they need to apologise for. and stop making victims of everybody.
