IT HAs been decided that children shouldn’t go to school if the temperatur­e is too high, or if it snows.

yet many teachers of my acquaintan­ce go on winter skiing holidays and will soon be off to southern climes for the guaranteed sunshine. How do they think countries with fierce winters or long, hot summers manage?
