Changing room fears

SO LeT me get this right. If a biological male flashes his genitals at me in the park, he’s a pervert who can be arrested and charged with a criminal offence.

But if someone does the same thing in a changing room while identifying as a woman, then it’s perfectly legal and I’ll be vilified if I have the temerity to object?
