SHARES in Fulham Shore surged after strong results. With Covid restrictions lifted since last July, the owner of Franco Manca and The Real Greek reported a 105pc rise in revenue to £82.7m for the year to March 27. Meanwhile, profit soared to £20.3m from £9m a year earlier. Having opened six Franco Manca pizzerias and four The Real Greek restaurants during the year, Fulham Shore operates 82 sites in the UK. Shares in the group rose 8.7pc, or 1p, to 12.5p.
