WHEN Rishi Sunak made his first

speech as Chancellor, my wife turned to me and said: ‘One day he will be the Prime Minister’. And I agreed.

However, even though he may deny it, his actions triggered the downfall of Boris and it appears obvious that he had waited for this opportunity to take him down.
