TELL Professor Stephen Smith I will gladly pay for my hospital care and prescriptions when I no longer pay for the NHS through my taxes, health tourism is stopped, there is an end to rampant wastage, layers of bureaucracy are removed and the emphasis is on life- saving care, not vanity treatments.
