Courts on camera
I AM not sure that televised court cases are a good idea.
We have some of the most advanced forensic and investigative techniques and the police generally do a good job,
though they are shackled by a lack of funding.
However, when it comes to the courts, how many times do we hear about an out-of-touch, light sentence for an awful crime?
When more of us can see exactly what happens in a sample selection of court cases, we will realise that the once- envied British justice system is no more, with victims and their families left without justice.
