Sir Rod’s Italian getaway ...with 7 of his 8 children
FAMILY gatherings are hard to organise, and even harder when you have eight kids.
But Sir Rod Stewart nearly enjoyed a full house at a rare reunion with his children in Portofino, Italy – with only his eldest missing.
The rocker’s wife Penny Lancaster, 51, posted a family picture on Instagram, announcing the ‘Stewart Clan comes together’.
She posed next to Sir Rod, 77, who was wearing a bold outfit of splattered jeans and a polka dot shirt. On his right were daughter Kimberly, 42, in a leopard print slip dress, as well as sons Sean, 41, and Alastair, 16.
And next to Miss Lancaster, a former model and now special constable, were daughters Ruby, 35, and Renee, 30, the couple’s youngest child Aiden, 11, as well as Ruby’s boyfriend Jake. The Faces star’s ice hockey player son Liam, 27, also joined the family fun, holding up two peace signs behind the group.
Sir Rod’s daughter Sarah Streeter, 58 – who he had with ex Susannah Boffey in 1963 when he was just 18, and who was put up for adoption – was not on the trip.
He had Kimberly and Sean with first wife Alana Stewart, Ruby with US model Kelly Emberg, and Renee and Liam with second wife
Rachel Hunter, who broke up with him in 1999.
