Turbines are the height of madness

TO PLaCaTE the environmental lobby, the Welsh senedd is allowing wind turbines that will stand 250m (820ft) high in an area of outstanding beauty in the Welsh countryside very similar to this landscape. The enormous turbines will be 2.6 times the height of Big Ben and 1.6 times that of Blackpool Tower.
