Put patients first

I AGREE with the reader who said we need a healthcare system with the patient at its centre. When the system becomes more important than the service, we are all lost.

Administrators, surgeons, nurses and patients are in a whirlpool of rules and regulations that creates what I call a***-covering neglect.
