MILLER MAKES HISTORY

GEORGE MILLER, 75, became the oldest Games gold medallist in history with victory in the final of the B2/B3 mixed pairs bowls. Miller (right) was director (a sighted person who assists the player) to visually-impaired bowler Melanie Innes, who won with Robert Barr and his director Sarah Jane Ewing.
