Boris in call with world leaders after holiday
THE Prime Minister will return to work today after flying home from a family holiday on the Greek island of Euboea.
Photos showed Mr Johnson with long, dishevelled hair, in swimming trunks and a T-shirt, while his Carrie, 34, sported a red swimming costume and shorts. The couple flew back with their two young children, Wilf and Romy, on Saturday.
The owner of a restaurant in Karystos said Mr Johnson had told him ‘he had been doing a lot of swimming’ and had ‘eaten so well’. Senior Tories said the PM, 58, had continued working while abroad.
Last night, he held a call with US President Joe Biden, France’s Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz to discuss the Iranian nuclear deal.
