BACKTO THE FUTURE

ARTEMIS is Nasa’s space programme to send astronauts back to the moon for the first time since Apollo 17 in 1972. The plan is to build a base-camp there for future missions and eventually move on to explore Mars. Last week, the first mission in the programme, Artemis 1, came a dramatic step closer as its rocket was moved to the launch-pad. Blast-off is scheduled for August 29
