THERE are so many negative reports about the NHs, but I can’t thank the staff enough at alexandra Hospital in Redditch for everything they did for my elderly aunt in her final days.

They ensured she was as comfortable as possible, held her hand, talked to her and cared for her with the utmost grace and dignity, while keeping her family fully informed. LINDSAY HOBSON,
