Priti all at sea

I AM sad that Priti Patel resigned as home Secretary. She’s had a rough ride and it didn’t matter how she tried to stop the migrants coming across the Channel because she was thwarted by MPs, the Lords and anyone else who wanted to make a name for themselves.

It would have taken only one planeload to Rwanda and the number of migrants would have dwindled. I hope her successor Suella Braverman gets her finger out.
