PC about PCs

WHAT’S gone wrong? We were given Police & Crime Commissioners (PCC). We were promised more Police, Committed and Controlled. What we got was Poor Community Cover.

What we certainly need is less Paper, more Coppers, more Convictions. What we want are some Proper Chief Constables with experience.

What we don’t want are Politically Correct Consultants advising chief constables.
