Hospital delay

(Letters). My insurer LV= only accepts calls between 9am and 5pm.

I’ve waited on the line for unacceptably long periods, on one occasion for 86 minutes.

I tried ringing a few seconds past 9am and I still got: ‘We are currently experiencing high call volumes.’

All their customers must be very quick off the mark.
