Seismic shift

IT’S only natural to be numbed by shock and despair when our everyday routine suffers a seismic shift.

It can seem as if the bottom has fallen out of our world. To be filled with grief and sadness for lost happiness is understandable but we must be resilient, show a positive face and welcome the challenges and opportunities presented by the clean slate of a whole new world where everything is still possible.
