I CAN only hope that with the Queen’s passing we will see the end of the Royals being accused of colonialism, warmongering, slavery, exploitation, class superiority or anything else that comes to mind as being wrong with our country over the past 500 years.

The new line of succession brings the Royal Family into the 21st century. They will be the people’s ambassadors and representatives without political spin.

I see a great future for King Charles III overseeing The Firm and an increasing role for William and Kate.

The Royal Family has given stability and continuity to our country throughout history. Long may it continue to do so.
