Crazy closures

WE ALL wish to honour the Queen, but closing GP surgeries and cancelling hospital appointments is too much.

My wife has waited a year for a consultation, only to be told she will be put back on the waiting list. I am sure the Queen would not have wanted this.

GERRY BYRNE, Snettisham, Norfolk. IT SEEMS a strange announcement by NHS England that hospital and GP appointments can be cancelled today.

I doubt the public will notice any difference, as getting such appointments is almost impossible.
