TV’s golden hour
THE passing of our wonderful Queen has been dealt with superbly by the broadcasters. The
coverage has been dignified and respectful. It has been humbling to see people carrying out their duties faultlessly.
What a contrast to the TV channels’ usual scaremongering, biased interviews and the bombardment of inane adverts.
We don’t need all the noise, aggression, infighting, mockery and mayhem. If only we could all continue to behave as our beloved sovereign did.
Mrs HAZEL HORSNELL, Goring-by-Sea, W. Sussex.
