■ THE co-founders of business consultant TPX Impact step down from their roles today.

Chief executive Neal Gandhi and finance boss Oliver Rigby, who founded TPX in 2016, believe ‘different skill sets’ are needed. They will remain involved with the group.

Bjorn Conway, who was at the accountant EY for eight years, will be chief executive, while deputy finance boss Steve Winters is promoted.

TPX said its first half trading was ‘disappointing’. Shares fell 61.9pc, or 65p, to 40p.
