James bites back at critics

JEWISH director James Gray rejects criticism for casting Anthony Hopkins in his semi-autobiographical film Armageddon Time, and not a Jewish actor. No one criticises Nebraskan Marlon Brando for playing an Italian New Yorker in The Godfather, he says. No complaints either that in Lassie films, boy dogs played the girl.
