Sex pest boss who harassed male workers

A COUNCIL sacked a sex pest boss after she harassed three male colleagues, telling one married victim to ‘do whatever you want with me’.

The finance manager at Westminster Council also asked for a ‘birthday kiss’ from her boss – who had a girlfriend – and insisted a married man ‘should be my husband’ and that they would ‘have the cutest babies’, an employment tribunal heard.

The ‘obsessive’ worker, who cannot be named, tried to kiss a victim, the hearing in central London was told.

She even texted one: ‘I’ll just let you know. You have my permission to do whatever you want to do with me.’

She ‘refused to take no for an answer’ and was fired, then claimed she had been sexually harassed herself by the men.

She tried to sue the council and two victims, but this was thrown out. She lost an appeal and claims of unfair dismissal, victimisation and disability and religious discrimination.
