Quick fixes

hErE are my six points to help fix the NhS:

■ Allow pharmacists to prescribe drugs such as antibiotics.

■ Pay agency nurses the same as hospital staff.

■ Anyone who turns up at A&E drunk or on drugs should have to pay a fee.

■ Give the better-off tax relief on private healthcare, to take pressure off the NhS.

■ Introduce a two-tier NhS for those who can afford it by paying more National Insurance.

■ Get rid of woke non-jobs. S. HARPER, Stafford.
