TODAY’S RECIPE: Air fryer chicken breasts
NEW way of cooking. Serves: 4.
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts ½ tbsp rapeseed oil 1 tsp salt
1½ tsp garlic granules 1 tsp smoked sweet paprika
2 tsp mixed herbs
Method
1 Coat the chicken in oil and set aside. In a bowl, combine salt, garlic, paprika and herbs with a grinding of black pepper, then scatter onto a plate.
2 Roll each chicken breast in the seasoning and put in the air fryer basket. Cook at 180c for 18 minutes, turning after 10 minutes. Pierce the chicken with a knife at the thickest part to see if the juices run clear. Serve with green salad.
