A FANTASTIC cast helps to keep this oil rig-set horror drama pumping, with Martin Compston (pictured), Iain Glen, Mark Bonnar, Owen Teale, Mark Addy, Rochenda Sandall and Schitt’s Creek star Emily Hampshire all aboard. The crew of the Kinloch Bravo rig are set to finish their stint off shore and go home to Scotland when a mysterious bank of fog sweeps in. Not a big worry for an experienced crew, but then their communication systems stop working, cutting them off, and strange terrors begin to stalk the rig. It’s tense, claustrophobic and extremely jumpy stuff that plays out across six addictive episodes. Compston’s role as oil worker Fulmer Hamilton is one that’s close to his heart, as his father used to work on the North Sea rigs. ‘He’ll be the first to tell me if there’s anything wrong!’ says the Line Of Duty star. ‘It was good to talk to him about this, because it turns out an oil rig is a great place for drama. It’s a dangerous, claustrophobic, high-tension environment,’ Prepare to be properly scared.
