HOW can the Government save money? Reduce the number of MPs to 500. Top-ranking civil servants make the decisions and most MPs have second jobs, so the public won’t notice any difference.

Reduce the number of county, district, town, borough, urban and rural councils. Get rid of highly paid mayors and their office staff.

Replace Ofwat, Ofgem and all other regulators with one single consumer protection department with teeth.
