Get to grips with NHS
THe Government has to recognise it can’t micro-manage the NHS. That is the job of the bosses of hospital trusts and their teams.
We know the organisation is in crisis, but the public doesn’t need to be told a litany of seemingly unsolvable problems.
We deserve to be told if there is a plan to get to grips with waste and non-essential woke issues. Resources should be transferred from middle management to the front line so an increase in nurses’ pay could be funded from internal savings.
