LADY FELICIA visits to join a protest against a gentlemen’s club that excludes women. When owner Jasper Granford is stabbed to death, Father Brown’s socialite friend was handcuffed to a bar — but there are plenty of other suspects. Granford had made enemies with his business practices and ‘was loathed by almost everyone he was close to’, including his bullied wife and spoilt son.
