DIALIGHT suffered a torrid day on the stock market after a weaker spell of trading during December.

The LED lighting firm said it tends to make most of its profit during the last month of the year. Revenue rose 29pc to around £169m for the year to December. But last month’s revenue was ‘significantly below’ expectations amid reduced demand and order delays. As a result, annual profits are expected to be below forecasts. Shares tumbled 15.6pc, or 50p, to 270p.
