How to negotiate
ALL disputes eventually get resolved one way or another, usually with the public suffering the fallout until a compromise is reached.
We need a new approach to speed up this process. Both sides, the trades union representatives and the employers, should be put up in a suite of rooms throughout the negotiating process. That way, everyone else can
get on with their lives and only the people who can resolve the issue at hand would be impacted.
If there was no way out other than reaching an agreement, I wonder how long it would take the two sides to end a dispute.
